Formaldehyde-Free Waterproof Coating (WHBM3301) adopts Wanhua’s formaldehyde-free technology and is water-based and eco-friendly. Its main components consist of high-polymer emulsion, white cement, and inorganic reinforcing powders. It offers strong adhesion, forming a flexible yet durable waterproof membrane that integrates with the substrate to create a rigid-flexible waterproof system. This system accommodates structural movements and deformations for long-term waterproofing and effective anti-seepage performance. It is suitable for walls and floors in indoor bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas requiring waterproof treatment.

Application Instructions and Precautions
1) Substrate Preparation: The substrate should be well prepared to ensure a smooth, solid, clean, and free of standing water, dust, or oil stains. Any cracks shall be filled with sealant prior to application; ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned before proceeding.
2) Mixing: Add powder to the emulsion according to the packaged ratio and stir thoroughly until a uniform slurry without lumps is achieved. Avoid over-mixing.
3) Detail Enhancement: Prior to large-area application, apply 1–2 additional coats (with a minimum thickness of 1 mm) at critical nodes such as internal/external corners and pipe penetrations.
4) Waterproof Coating Application: Apply the coating in 2–3 thin layers. Allow each layer to dry completely before applying the next, with cross-directional brushing between passes. Final dry film thickness: 1–2 mm.
5) Drying Time: Full curing requires approximately 2–3 days; extend under high humidity. Conduct flood testing only after complete drying.
6) Application Environment: Do not apply if ambient temperature is below 5°C or relative humidity exceeds 85%, as optimal performance cannot be guaranteed.
7) Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools with water immediately during breaks or upon completion.

Storage, Transportation, and Disposal Instructions
1) Storage: Store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated, and dry location at 5–35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and keep containers tightly sealed. Isolate from strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, food, and animal feed.
2) Transportation: Non-hazardous goods; transport as general cargo.
3) Disposal: Empty containers must not be used to store food or other substances to prevent health or safety risks. Dispose of waste liquid in compliance with local environmental regulations.
Shelf Life and Packaging
Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions.
Available in 20 kg/pail and 10 kg/pail.
