Product Overview
Formaldehyde-Free Leveling Plaster adopts Wanhua’s formaldehyde-free technology, safe and eco-friendly, with no addition of formaldehyde, benzene, or their homologues. Composed of gypsum, washed sand, calcium carbonate, and additives. Suitable for base plaster leveling on concrete, aerated concrete, or brick-mortar walls.

Application Instructions & Precautions
1) Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be sound and stable, free from standing water, dust, dirt, and contamination. For smooth or loose surfaces, apply a suitable bonding primer/interface agent or roughen with cement spatter-dash coat.
2) Mixing: Theoretical water addition: 26%–30% by weight. Adjust actual water quantity to achieve the required working consistency. After mixing thoroughly, allow the mortar to stand for approximately 5 minutes (slake), then remix briefly before use. Mixed material must be used within the open time. Do not add water or re-temper mortar that has begun to set.
3) Application & Leveling: Apply in layers of 2–5 mm thickness per coat. For greater leveling thickness, build up in successive coats, allowing sufficient setting time between layers.
4) Application Conditions: Ambient temperature during application: ≥5 °C. Temperature during curing: ≥0 °C.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor area away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly sealed and protect from moisture. Keep bags elevated off the ground on pallets. Do not use empty packaging to store food or other substances to avoid health or safety risks.
Shelf Life and Packaging
Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions. Available in 20 kg/bag.
