Tongling Factory was grandly held at the Wanhua Ecological Green Distributed Home Furnishing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zongyang County, Tongling City, Anhui Province.

Building a Cluster of Green Home Decoration Material Industry Bases,Wanhua Ecological Green Distributed Home Furnishing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park(Tongling)

The total planned area is about 3,000 mu,the initial area is 1,000 mu,of which 440 mu is constructed using the "PPP + themed industrial park" model,with a total investment of about 500 million yuan,and a planned construction area of more than 200,000 square meters,including standardized workshops, incubation centers, innovation and entrepreneurship bases, public supporting service facilities, etc.The park mainly relies on the Wanhua Ecological formaldehyde-free ecological straw board (manufacturing and finishing) project,extends the industrial chain,with home furnishing intelligent manufacturing industry as the main focus, industrial agglomeration as the goal, and industrial chain integration as the path,and introduces home furnishing production and supporting enterprises, related R&D institutions, etc. through diversified settlement methods.The park is the first green and low-carbon home furnishing intelligent manufacturing industrial center in East China integrating panels, home furnishing, trade, exhibitions, logistics, and R&D.

The newly commissioned Tongling factory is equipped with two production lines for water-based coatings and adhesives,the entire plant achieves low carbon, low emissions, energy saving and consumption reduction, intelligent production, and quality and efficiency improvement,with an annual output of about 30,000 tons of putty powder, gypsum, and tile adhesive;5,000 tons of interior wall water-based paint;5,000 tons of exterior wall water-based paint;1,000 tons of inorganic paint;2,000 tons of formaldehyde-free furniture hot melt adhesive.
