What is PUR

PUR (Polyurethane Reactive),The full Chinese name is moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive.The main component is isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer.The adhesion and toughness (elasticity) of PUR can be adjusted,and it has excellent bonding strength,temperature resistance,chemical resistance and aging resistance.It is widely used in packaging, wood processing, automotive, textile, electromechanical, aerospace and other fields.

Wanhua Lingquan Formaldehyde-Free PUR Granule Edge Banding Adhesive

WHADV-7010 is a high-quality formaldehyde-free PUR granule edge banding adhesive,applied to straw board and various artificial boards and PVC edge banding strips,as well as bonding between wood edge banding strips and other materials,suitable for domestic and imported medium and high-speed edge banding machines.

Natural color

This product has a wide temperature adaptability,and can be used in most regions of China in both winter and summer,compared with traditional EVA edge banding adhesive,formaldehyde-free PUR granule edge banding adhesive is formaldehyde-free and benzene-free;requires less usage;has high bonding strength;and has good substrate wettability.

Automatic edge banding machine: Edge banding speed: 18-28 m/min;
Edge banding pressure: It is recommended to adjust to 2.5-3kg;
Glue application amount: It can be adjusted to 1/2-1/3 of the original EVA glue application amount and still have very high bonding strength. The designed bonding strength is reached 24 hours after bonding. The recommended glue application amount is 80-100g/㎡;
Operating temperature: 180-200℃.
Melting time: For a bottom glue pot, at 190℃, it takes about 30 minutes to melt 500-750g. After all the glue is melted, it is recommended to set the use temperature to 170℃ to reduce the aging rate of the glue.
After melting: The glue roller needs to rotate for 1-2 minutes before edge banding to avoid empty glue spots.
Glue pot cleaning: PUR edge banding adhesive can be recycled in the glue pot on the same day, but at the end of the day's production, the glue in the glue pot should be as little as possible. At the beginning of the next day's production, new PUR edge banding adhesive can be directly added, and the glue granules should be fully mixed with the remaining glue liquid. After melting, it can be used directly without cleaning the glue pot. Top glue pot use is not recommended.
Remaining hot melt adhesive maintenance: When the edge banding machine is not working for a short period, it is recommended to lower the glue tank temperature to about 150℃.
Packaging: 250g/bag, 25kg/box. Unused glue after opening the package needs to be sealed and stored.
