Wanhua Formaldehyde-free Building Materials Successfully Settled in Yantai Bonded Area "Prefabricated Residential Industrial Park"

Building houses like making cars, "prefabricated houses" are getting closer to the public. Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development approved Shandong Province to carry out a pilot project for the construction of "steel structure prefabricated residential buildings". The pilot period is three years (2019-2021). The pilot areas in our province include nine cities: Jinan, Zaozhuang, Yantai, Weifang, Jining, Rizhao, Linyi, Liaocheng, and Heze.

Tsinghua Prefabricated Residential Industrial Park Settles in Yantai

With the mission of promoting the standardized and healthy development of the prefabricated construction industry and the goal of achieving mutual benefit and win-win results for upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, the "Tsinghua University Architectural Design and Research Institute Smart Home • Prefabricated Residential Industrial Base" has settled in the Yantai Free Trade Zone.

The park has a total construction area of 10,580㎡, consisting of a 1,100㎡ professional exhibition hall, a 9,480㎡ business incubator park, and a 3,669㎡ real-life exhibition area. The park has a technical team represented by the Tsinghua University Architectural Design Institute, a professional incubation organization, preferential policies of the bonded port area, and relies on the established international industrial alliance to build a public service platform, integrate resources, build a complete service system, gather leading enterprises in the industry, and create an industrial cluster.

Wanhua Formaldehyde-free Building Materials as a Key Display Enterprise in the Park Have Been Widely Used in Many Domestic Fast Installation Projects

As a key display enterprise in the park, Wanhua Ecological Technology adheres to the corporate vision of "There should be no formaldehyde under the roof", which coincides with the theme of "green, environmental protection, fast installation, and sustainability". Wanhua formaldehyde-free building materials have been widely used in many domestic fast installation projects and have a good reputation in the industry.

In January 2019, the new C-standard interior system of the Xiong'an Vanke Green Research and Development Center also used Wanhua formaldehyde-free building material products.

These include formaldehyde-free added boards, formaldehyde-free added cabinets, formaldehyde-free added adhesives and foaming agents, etc. The formaldehyde emission throughout the decoration process is only 20% of the national standard limit, and it meets the strictest international WELL health standards, allowing for immediate occupancy upon delivery of the finished decoration.

The Industrial Park Plans to Establish Eight Major Production Bases in China Within Five Years

This time, the Tsinghua Prefabricated Residential Industrial Park plans to establish eight major production bases in China within five years, each with a land area of no less than 100 mu and an annual production capacity of no less than 1 million square meters.

The establishment of the bases enables enterprises in the bases to output information nearby and produce according to sales, improving production efficiency, effectively reducing the logistics cost of the entire industrial chain, and increasing competitive advantages.

After the bases are completed, the industrial park will also provide a distribution center with a radius of 50-100 kilometers to better serve more platform enterprises. The establishment of the bases can not only meet the development needs of China's residential industrialization, but also continuously and strongly promote the healthy development of China's residential industrialization.
