Formaldehyde-Free Wall Interface Modifier (WHBM3801) adopts Wanhua’s formaldehyde-free technology, water-based and eco-friendly, with no addition of formaldehyde, benzene, or their homologues. Excellent penetration fully wets the wall substrate, densifies the base, and enhances interfacial adhesion. Suitable for interface treatment prior to putty application, waterproof coating, or wallpaper installation on cement walls.

Application Instructions & Precautions
1) Surface Preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and free from contamination. Ensure wall moisture content is below 10%. Remove all dust, dirt, grease, oil, efflorescence, loose plaster and other contaminants. Repair cracks, holes and surface defects before application.
2) Mixing & Dilution: Recommended dilution: 50%–100% clean water (1 part primer : 0.5–1 part water). Over- or under-dilution will affect performance. Stir thoroughly before use.
3) Application: Apply the diluted primer evenly with a brush or roller in 1–2 coats. Ensure complete and uniform coverage without skips. For highly porous or powdery substrates, apply a second coat once the first coat is touch-dry. After full curing, the treated surface should be firm and free from powdery residue.
4) Coverage: Approximately 120–140 m² per 10 kg pail per coat when diluted 1:1 with water. Actual coverage may vary depending on dilution ratio, surface porosity, substrate condition and application method.
5) Drying Time: Allow the primer to dry thoroughly before applying subsequent coatings (e.g. putty, plaster or finish paint).
6) Application Conditions: Apply at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C. Maintain good ventilation during and after application.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated, and dry location at 5–35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and keep containers tightly sealed. Do not use empty containers to store food or other substances to avoid health or safety risks. Settling during storage is normal, stir thoroughly before use.
Shelf Life and Packaging
Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate.
Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions.
Available in 20 kg/pail and 10 kg/pail.
