Product Overview
Formaldehyde-Free Jointing Plaster (WHBM3002) adopts Wanhua’s formaldehyde-free technology, safe and eco-friendly, with no addition of formaldehyde, benzene, or their homologues. A gypsum-based repair material with multiple additives. Suitable for filling indoor holes, grooves, and gaps (wider than 2 mm wide); also for local leveling on flat concrete or brick-mortar surfaces. Not for joints narrower than 2 mm.

Application Instructions & Precautions
1) Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be sound, clean, free from dust, dirt, loose particles and contamination.
2) Mixing: Mix to the consistency required for application. Stir thoroughly until smooth and uniform. Allow the mixture to stand for 2–3 minutes, then briefly re-stir before use.
3) Application:
a) For crack repair and joint filling: apply only to gaps wider than 2 mm.
b) Plastering thickness: 2–3 mm per layer.
c) Mixed material must be used immediately and completely; do not attempt to reuse hardened material.
4) Application Conditions: Ambient and substrate temperature during application and curing must be ≥5 °C.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor area away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly sealed and protect from moisture. Keep bags elevated off the ground on pallets. Do not use empty packaging to store food or other substances to avoid health or safety risks.
Shelf Life and Packaging
Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions. Available in 20 kg/bag.
