Formaldehyde-Free Polyurethane Foam Sealant for woodwork installation (WHOCF1606) is formaldehyde-free, benzene-free, and eco-friendly. Provides bonding, fixing, insulation, soundproofing, sealing, waterproofing, moisture resistance, shock absorption, and electrical insulation. Suitable for doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, and filling wall contraction joints or pipe penetrations.

Application Instructions & Precautions
1) Surface Preparation: Remove loose dust, dirt and oil from the surface. Lightly mist the substrate with water before application.
2) Application: When filling vertical gaps, always apply from bottom to top. Due to foam expansion, fill gaps to only 60–80% of volume under normal conditions. Foam flow is controlled by the gun’s flow adjustment valve and trigger.
3) Curing Times (at 23 °C / 50% RH, laboratory conditions)
a) Tack-free time: approx. 10 minutes,
b) Can be cut: approx. 1 hour,
c) Fully cured and stable: 3–5 hours.
4) Post-Application: This product is not UV-resistant. The cured foam must be protected with suitable coatings such as cement mortar, plaster, paint, sealant, etc.
5) Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, coated surfaces, wood and most plastics. No adhesion to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE (Teflon), silicone or similar low-surface-energy materials.
6) Temperature:
a) Recommended canister and application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
b) Optimum performance: +18 °C to +25 °C
c) Service temperature (cured foam): –30 °C to +80 °C

Storage Instructions
Store the polyurethane foam sealant in a sealed, upright position in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor area. Prolonged inverted or horizontal storage may cause valve blockage. Storage temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C. Keep out of reach of children. After use, do not reuse empty packaging to store food or other substances to avoid health or safety risks.
Shelf Life and Packaging
Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions.
Available in 750 ml/cartridge.
