Formaldehyde-Free White Latex Adhesive (WHBM3901) adopts Wanhua’s formaldehyde-free technology, water-based and eco-friendly, with no addition of formaldehyde, benzene, or their homologues. Excellent initial tack, bonding strength, and water resistance. Suitable for bonding strawboard, solid wood, and wood flooring in furniture and decoration.

Application Instructions & Precautions
1) Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease or other contaminants. Moisture content of wood boards should be 6%–12%.
2) Application: Apply the white latex adhesive evenly and thinly to one or both bonding surfaces using a brush, roller or glue spreader.
3) Assembly & Clamping: Join the parts immediately, align accurately and apply firm pressure. Use clamps, tape or weights to maintain pressure, paying particular attention to edges. Minimum clamp time: 2 hours under normal conditions. For load-bearing joints, increase clamping pressure and extend clamping time accordingly.
4) Important Notes
a) Avoid simultaneous application with polyurethane-based coatings.
b) For large surfaces, special substrates or critical applications, carry out a preliminary adhesion test.
c) Application temperature: ≥5 °C.

Production date is indicated on the spray code or certificate.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under specified conditions.
